On receptions both gentlemen were helpful. Room was cozy and had everything in it what we needed. Very comfortable bed and all very clean.

I had a great stay at the Adina Apartments Speicherstadt. My room was spacious and well appointed with a kitchenette and lounge, a very comfortable bed and a generous bathroom. I had a nice view from my window of the Speicherstadt buildings and the canal. The apartments are super well located for everything in central Hamburg: Speicherstadt (including Miniatur Wunderland), Hafen City, Elbphilharmonie, Jungfernstieg, Rathaus, Kunsthalle, Alster, etc. A bus stop just outside the hotel provided an easy connection to the Hauptbahnhof. Everything was easy about this property. I was travelling alone and felt safe in this hotel and the surrounding area. A great place to stay on any visit to Hamburg.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was much larger than it appeared in the photos and we enjoyed making using of the kitchenette area which was very well equipped. The bathroom has showergel and shampoo provided which was very useful. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, but we did use the hotel bar which was nice. The location is also very handy and only around 5 mins walk from the main railway station and walkable to majority of the key sights around Hamburg.

The hotel is situated in a nice central area of Hamburg and has a modern, cozy atmosphere. There is a nice place, near the big glass window where you can sit and relax that our daughter highly appreciated. I really liked the flexibility of late check-out - up yo 17:00 for 15EUR/hour. Unfortunately not many accommodations offer this so, it is appreciated. Additionally, I liked that, in the reception lobby there was a corner where one could buy snacks during late hours, if desired.

Child friendly (spacious place to store your stroller, elevator, baby changing toilet on the ground floor), really well situated with close proximity to main shopping streets, they also have 24/7 reception which is helpful for late check-in or early check out.

Great location, fantastic room 125, a corner room with a huge window, a great shower, lots of towels, beds very comfortable, nice little kitchen, great to have a washer/dryer in the room, not having to bring home the usual pile of dirty laundry, aircon was perfect, staff were great, good little gym, over all highly recommended, oh and a birthday card and huge bar of chocolate delivered to the room for me was wonderful

I loved the location and the room was amazing. Loved how private each of the sleeping areas were since we were travelling with our adult son and didn’t have to be on top of each other the whole weekend. View from the windows was great too

We have visited this hotel before in our trip, and booked it for the return journey, knowing aklready what to expect. At check-in we were told that there was a fire in a hotel resently, so the wellness was not working (and it was not relevant for us), but we felt a very strong smell of fire in the room we were offered. The staff had offered us another room on another floor where it was ok. I need to say that it was a good example of professional staff, that was honest to us and resolved our request quickly.

Location, it is very near to city center and quay side. Spacious, very clean and well organised room and bathroom. Very comfort bed and matrix and good WiFi reception.. The lobby bar and restaurant are very cozy, just perfect for a drink or supper after a long walk around city. Haven’t tried breakfast but it looked delicious and rich. All the staff throughout our stay were very very gentle and assisting and had very warm welcome. Have kept and locked our staff during early check in and check out. Thank you all ladies and gents
