Very good and central position at 7min walk from the Hamburger Rathaus. Same walking distance to reach a big REWE store in the central mall "Europa passage" whenever i wanted to have dinner in the apartment. The U-metro station at 1 min walking distance and after 1 stop change to get the S-Bahn to go to the airport, reachable in 35-40 minutes. Bed was good and bathroom very comfortable. I stayed one week and asked the standard cleaning after 3 days and it was satisfactory. Staff very helpful for an early check-in and keeping the luggage stored for few hours after check-out.

I loved that the rooms were so well equipped with everything you could need. Washing machine, dish washer and the supplies needed to run them. A kitchen with a table and chairs, a couch, closet, mirror, bed and a well-equipped bathroom. The room and bathroom were clean and a good size. Helpful reception staff 24/7. My son is in a wheelchair, so they moved us out of our room, which was already a good size to a room with disabled facilities such as a shower chair and bathroom safety rails. Also super central, with easy public transport right outside the hotel. Very happy and impressed!

The location of this hotel is great, very central and right opposite the underground station. Facilities were very good and the mini apartment was also clean with masses of hot water for both the shower and kitchen etc. staff were also very friendly with the room cleaners being particularly kind and helpful!

We stayed at this hotel in June and had a great experience, just like during our previous stay around the Christmas market season. The location is excellent — many central attractions are within walking distance, and public transport options (metro and bus stops) are very close. There are plenty of affordable places to eat nearby, as well as supermarkets. The small kitchenette was very useful, especially for preparing quick meals for the kids.

Very central location makes walking everywhere very practical. Quiet, generous rooms, luxuriously finished with quality furnishings. Breakfast buffet had a wide range of beautifully prepared food. The washing machine is a very useful feature for those doing extended trips. Did not have time to use the pool and health facilities, but given the number of people wandering around in complimentary bath robes, they were very popular. Would not consider staying anywhere else in Hamburg.

The reception staff at Adina were kind. The cleaning people were also very efficient, ensuring patrons are satisfied - they ran a tight ship and quality controlled the happiness of guests. The room was good for a longer stay having a washing machine, ironing and cooking facilities. The beds were comfortable and the location to old town/Westfield shopping centre, tourist spots and restaurants was great. There is much within walking distance.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was much larger than it appeared in the photos and we enjoyed making using of the kitchenette area which was very well equipped. The bathroom has showergel and shampoo provided which was very useful. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, but we did use the hotel bar which was nice. The location is also very handy and only around 5 mins walk from the main railway station and walkable to majority of the key sights around Hamburg.

I had a great stay at the Adina Apartments Speicherstadt. My room was spacious and well appointed with a kitchenette and lounge, a very comfortable bed and a generous bathroom. I had a nice view from my window of the Speicherstadt buildings and the canal. The apartments are super well located for everything in central Hamburg: Speicherstadt (including Miniatur Wunderland), Hafen City, Elbphilharmonie, Jungfernstieg, Rathaus, Kunsthalle, Alster, etc. A bus stop just outside the hotel provided an easy connection to the Hauptbahnhof. Everything was easy about this property. I was travelling alone and felt safe in this hotel and the surrounding area. A great place to stay on any visit to Hamburg.

On receptions both gentlemen were helpful. Room was cozy and had everything in it what we needed. Very comfortable bed and all very clean.
